What kind of support do you provide?
Our Wonderland Bakery ® support team provides owner-operators with multiple avenues for initial and ongoing support. These avenues include help with site selection, design layout, store setup, pre-opening training and more. We also assist with ongoing support such as new product development, periodic fields visits, annual franchisee conferences and consultative marketing efforts.
I don’t have any bakery experience; can I still open an Wonderland Bakery franchise?
While prior experience in the foodservice and/or retail industries would be extremely beneficial, it is not a requirement. Our Wonderland Bakery® support team offers a variety of resources to benefit both seasoned and emerging owner-operators. In addition to providing ongoing support and training, we handle all baking and preparation in our Le Macaron Confectionary kitchens. By delivering all pastries fresh to each location, we effectively eliminate on-site production – making the operational aspect of running a Wonderland Bakery® franchise that much easier!
How long does it take to get a store up and running?
Though delays in construction, permitting or similar factors might occur, we anticipate that your Wonderland Bakery® pastry shop will open for business four to six months after the Franchise Agreement is signed.
How much does it cost to open a Wonderland Bakery® franchise?
For a single unit Wonderland Bakery® Traditional Café or Permanent Kiosk the total estimated initial investment necessary to begin operation ranges from $126,000 to $353,500, which includes the initial franchise fee of $30,000. Franchise candidates and their partners/investors must have a combined liquid capital of at least $75K and a combined net worth of at least $$400K to qualify.
For a single unit Wonderland Bakery® Modular Kiosk the total initial investment necessary to begin operation ranges from $59,750 – $95,000, which includes the initial franchise fee of $15,000. Franchise candidates and their partners/investors must have a combined liquid capital of at least $30K and a combined net worth of at least $250K to qualify.

Cafés and kiosks can easily adapt to a variety of high foot traffic shopping, dining and tourist destinations.
